Purpose: The Ladder House purpose for the I Am Empowered Camp is for girls ages 9-15 who come from daddy-less homes an opportunity to express themselves freely, build self-esteem, self- worth and empower them to go on to be successful, healed, and productive individuals.
Mission: The camp's mission is to provide a safe environment for young girls ages 9-15 who come from Daddy-less homes an opportunity to express themselves freely in regards to life challenges and promote self -worth through group counseling, workshops and activities.
Vision: The Ladder House vision is to educate girls ages 9-15 from Daddy-less homes on the trappings of having low self- esteem, promiscuity, and the lack of a positive male presence in their lives.
